Close Account
At Trikshana Tech, our intention is to serve you with the best. Having said that,it is disheartening to see you go. However, we are here to help you out with any of the concerns faced by you.
Closing your account, unlinks your registered mobile number and the associated login ID, password and MPIN/APIN are no longer valid. You won't be able to login into your TFINN or Incento account using these tokens.

The PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) guidelines - Section 12, Point No. 3 & 4 requires your transactions logs to be stored for a period of up to 10 years post the deletion of your account.

This data is stored on servers located in India and would never be shared with any third party. Only Govt. agencies mandated under the law to obtain the information will have access to this through a legally compliant data request.

Before you close your account, kindly not
Follow the below mentioned steps to raise account closure request
Account closure will take upto 7 working days post tele-confirmation
Step 1
Login to TFINN or Incento with your registered mobile number.
Step 2
On the Home screen, click on 'Account' section that's located in the bottom right hand corner.

Go to 'Security & Other' that's located at the bottom, just above the Logout option.
Step 4
Click on 'Close Account' that's listed as one of the options inside Security & Other.

Carefully go through the onboarding screen and click on the 'Proceed' at the end.

Step 6
Click on 'Next' button at the bottom of the screen after going through the aforementioned text.
Step 7
Enter the an appropriate reason as to why you want to close the account and then click on 'Submit' button.
No app, no issues.
Even if you currently don't have access to your TFINN or Incento app, you can still raise a request to close your account with Trikshana Tech by filling up the form here.
